Property Manager Role Overview: As a Property Manager at Heirloom Property Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining our portfolio of distinctive properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that each property is impeccably managed, delivering a seamless experience for both guests and property owners. Your expertise in boutique hotels and Airbnb management will be integral in elevating the guest experience and maximizing property performance.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including guest check-in/check-out, maintenance coordination, and housekeeping.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, aesthetics, and functionality for each property.
• Foster strong relationships with property owners, prioritizing effective communication and addressing their unique needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize property listings and attract guests to the unique features of each accommodation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, feedback, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee reservation systems, ensuring accurate bookings and timely responses to guest inquiries.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and effective manner.
• Stay updated on local regulations and industry trends related to boutique hotels and short-term rentals.

Property Manager Minimum Physical Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to bend, stoop, and navigate various physical movements.
• Comfortable walking up and down stairs.
• Proficient in pushing and pulling objects as required by the job.

Property Manager Qualifications & Preferences:

• Previous experience in property management, with a focus on boutique hotels and Airbnb accommodations [preferred].
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including guest service standards and property operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with property owners, guests, and team members.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and reservation platforms.
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance related to short-term rentals.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving property success.
• 3-5 years of prior property management experience
• Excellent computer and technical skills – Apple Computer experience [preferred].
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Works well independently, without direct supervision, and reliable and professional teamwork skills.
• Task prioritization and excellent time management skills.

Property Manager Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must have use of a personal insured vehicle for transportation for work-related travel.
• Must pass a criminal background study.
