As a Registered Client Associate, you will deliver world-class service. Job Summary:

Heirloom Wealth Advisors is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Client Associate in our Wilmington, DE office. The Registered Client Associate will work with Financial Advisors to serve the day-to-day needs of our high-net-worth clients. Additionally, this person will provide high-level administrative support to Executive Management and senior staff and serve as a liaison with external support personnel and our other offices. FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 & 65) registrations are required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Daily processing of client and advisor requests including account opening, asset movement, client inquiries, meeting scheduling and preparation

· Providing excellent client service by performing tasks in a timely, accurate, and clearly communicated manner

· Monitoring and resolving time sensitive projects

· Demonstrating professional communication with answering phones, emails, and written correspondence

· Maintaining and updating our client management system and records

· Performing additional duties as assigned

· Operating efficiently in a team-based environment

Required Skills/Abilities:

One hallmark of our success is the customer service we provide to internal & external clients. The Registered Client Associate will be on the front-line answering phones, addressing client requests, interacting with our back office completing operational tasks and solving problems. Therefore, the Registered Client Associate will have superlative:

· Verbal and written communication skills

· Interpersonal and customer service skills

· Phone etiquette

· Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multifaceted tasks

· Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

· Microsoft Office skills

· Ability to learn computer programs & operating systems

· The ability and willingness to collaborate with others

· Experience: 4 years of professional or relevant experience
