Property Manager Essentials:
- Job Type: Property Manager
- Work Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday
- Education: College degree required
- Experience: 2 years in a customer service role
- Location: Duluth / Superior / Twin Ports Area
Property Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be of the age of 18 or older
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must have use of a reliable, insured vehicle
Property Manager Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
- Problem solve and make decisions
- Maintain details and follow process for monthly and annual tasks
