on providing word-class accommodations to discerning groups of travelers in premier travel destinations,
combined with a tech-enabled and data-driven business strategy, has allowed Heirloom to quickly carve out a
unique space for itself within the highly competitive and rapidly evolving luxury hospitality rental industry.
General OverviewThe Property Manager is Heirloom’s on-the-ground point person. The Property Manager is responsible for the
scheduled and emergent day-to-day upkeep of Heirloom properties within a designated geography. The primary
function of the Property Manager is to ensure that all properties fulfill Heirloom’s property maintenance and
brand standards. The Property Manager also works collaboratively with Guest Communications to assist with
on-site guest response on an as-needed basis. Additionally, the Property Manager may also assist the Design &
Install team with the setup of new properties on an as-needed basis.
Essential Functions
  • Schedule and conduct routine property walkthroughs
  • Execute on Heirloom’s walkthrough checklist
  • Conduct routine tasks (light bulb/battery changes, basic repairs, etc)
  • Address punch list items, as needed
  • Schedule and oversee regular maintenance appointments (HVAC, pest control, landscaping, pool maintenance, etc)
  • Proactively seek out and form working relationships with local service providers/technicians (plumbers, electricians, etc).
  • Dispatch housekeeping and maintenance, as needed
  • Assists housekeeping with consumable supply restocking
  • Work collaboratively with Guest Communications to assist with on-site guest response, as needed
  • Assist the Design & Install team with new property setups on an as-needed basis
  • Work collaboratively with senior management to streamline Heirloom’s property management practices
  • Special projects, as assigned
RequirementsRequisites
  • Valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and upstanding driving record
  • Lives in or in close proximity
  • Proactive approach to problem solving (critical thinker), resourceful
  • Proficient in essential tool use (experience using basic household power tools)
  • Exemplary planning, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Able to lift up to 35lbs comfortably
Schedule & CompensationThe Property Manager role is a full time, salaried position. The work schedule is generally M-F, Sunday
availability from 11am-5pm is required, some weekend/after hours work may arise on an as needed basis.
Compensation for this position is salaried with benefits. Bonus pay options are available.
