Heiser Automotive Group’s Marketing Team is excited to hire its very first Digital Content Specialist.In this role, you’ll utilize content from leading auto brands and infuse it with Heiser’s unique local flavor to captivate our digital audience and drive traffic to our showrooms. Your impact will be immediate and tangible, allowing you to experiment and optimize strategies swiftly for maximum effectiveness.We’re looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience crafting compelling digital content for consumer-focused promotions. While automotive experience is beneficial, it’s not essential—what matters most is your curiosity, creativity, and drive to excel. Responsibilities:
- Review promotional updates from auto manufacturers to identify opportunities to drive leads via digital channels
- Work with sales and service leaders to develop store-specific ideas to drive digital leads
- Assist Director of Marketing by providing input into Promotional Calendar for all stores
- Write and design digital promotional content
- Work with vendors to design digital promotional content
- Review results of digital promotions daily, adjust approaches to maximize effectiveness
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or sales
- Experience developing visual and written content for websites, paid digital advertising and/or social media
- Understanding of the online lead generation process in consumer products
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
