Heitmeyer Consulting is Hiring a Regional Relationship Market Manager Near Reno, NV

Job SummaryAre you looking to join a bank as a direct employee to grow and manage a portfolio of high-profile clients? Are you passionate about business development, building relationships, and branch management? If this is you, Heitmeyer Consulting is seeking a Regional Relationship Market Manager for its banking client, and we want you to apply! This role is located in Reno, NV and reports into a branch 5 days a week when not traveling for business. Significant travel around the Reno, Carson City, and Fallon areas.
Required Skills:
  • 8-10 years experience in a banking servicing, sales-oriented role
  • Must have branch management experience including managing of small team
  • 7 years of Small Business and Consumer Lending experience
  • 1 years of commercial lending experience
  • Skilled in end-to-end lifecycle of the business lending process with customers (i.e. how a loan is structured, products involved, etc.)
  • Experience in Core deposits
  • Community banking or credit union experience (a candidate with credit union experience should also have banking experience)
  • Experience in face-to-face interactions with business clientele, personalizing their banking solutions, and cross-selling
  • Ability to travel regionally to meet clients as needed and expected to travel quarterly with team
  • Experience and willingness to generate new business through various business development tactics including networking, conventions, cold calling, brand awareness, etc. and converting those efforts in production
  • Proven portfolio of business and innovative thinker on how to grow and structure it.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fast learner and ability to work in unstructured environments with little hand holding
Desired Skills (nice-to-have):
  • Undergraduate degree in banking, business, finance, or other related field of study
  • Prior underwriting experience
