HELICAL DRILLING, Inc's, Ground Improvement Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction GEOTECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER to join our estimating/sales/management team in the New England Area.

Are you interested in a dynamic and challenging career in Ground Improvement, including Geopier® technologies, Rigid Inclusions, Rapid Impact Compaction, and Vibratory Probe Compaction?

Ideal candidates MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years of management experience in GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING and Project Management.

· Do you have pre-construction “sales” experience working with GC’s, Consultants and Owners building relationships for business development.

· Are you Confident and able to juggle multiple jobs in various stages from early estimating to final proposal and or negotiation. (we have construction Design Engineers and Construction Project Managers to work with you).

· Do you have great follow up, people, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Are you comfortable attending industry events and possibly giving lunch and learns for business development.

· Are you a PE or working on it, have a bachelor's degree in Civil engineering and a masters in Geotechnical engineering
