WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Foundation Repair Technician, you will be responsible for supporting commercial & residential foundation repair, soil stabilization, or concrete lifting & leveling projects.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general construction work including physical labor, using hand tools, and lifting materials as directed by the site supervisor;
• Understand project schedules, assume additional responsibilities, and work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines;
• Work cohesively with team members to exceed client expectations;
• Maintain equipment daily to ensure it functions properly and safely;
• Align the work with Helicon's culture and strategic goals Stay True, Communicate Clearly, Forecast Needs Outperform; and
• Work with the team on mutually agreed-upon KPIs.

Requirements :

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in construction general labor and / or working outside for long hours
• Reliable transportation, valid FL driver's license, and a clean driving record
• The ability to be coached and mentored and collaborate within a team environment

• Thrive working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Get excited about building something from the ground up

WORK SCHEDULE :

• Varies; will require flexible schedule, with occasional weekends and holidays
• Local day travel is required
• Position requires regular overtime

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS :

• Work near or with moving mechanical parts Frequently
• Outdoor weather conditions Frequently
• Moderate-Loud Noise

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

• Must be able to lift / carry / push or pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to hear equipment operating, alarms sounding, traffic, telephones
• Ability to see clearly at 20 inches / 50 centimeters or less and at 20 feet / 6 meters or more

Compensation details : 15-18 Hourly Wage
