Responsibilities

You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and air conditioning systems. You will train and supervise several new and eager technicians. You will continue to improve your training and leadership skills while you grow with us. We expect someone who truly loves what they do, and wants to help others learn to do things right too! The essential duties for this role are listed below:

• Troubleshoot and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Recruit, train, and supervise new technicians to improve their skills
• Oversee emergency maintenance requests
• Remotely help technicians diagnose issues
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Make our customers happy

Job requirements

• Top HVAC skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Always on-time, professional, and coachable
• Pass background and drug screen
• Great attitude
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must have an active 068 license
• Must have EPA certification
• Seattle refrigeration license is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
