Helios is looking for an outside business-to-business sales professional to expand our customer base. The National Director of Business Development position requires previous outside business to business sales experience along with demonstrated success cold calling in the industrial and commercial environment. We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, data-focused, and goal-oriented individual to develop and maintain new customers for commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and commercial kitchens. The right individual will be empowered to develop long-term relationships and maintain partnerships with the customer.

Helios' compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The OTE for this position ranges from $165,000 annually in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 annually in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This compensation is a part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
