Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and interior design, with a proven track record in sales and business development. The person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our services.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our business development strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines. Prepare regular reports on business development performance and progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the architecture, interior design, or outsourcing industry.

Strong understanding of architectural and interior design processes and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
