Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or other relevant field with exceptional experience.
- Requires two years supervisory experience or related progressively responsible experience in related field.
- Requires knowledge of family systems, parenting issues, skill training, and adolescents.
- Requires good organizational skills and comfort negotiating multi-level systems on clients and program behalf.
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Requires leadership ability.
- Requires reliable transportation, as attendance to meetings at multiple sites will be mandated.
- Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including possible evening or weekend and on-call responsibility.
