Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operation Specialist who is bi-lingual in Chinese and English. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the cabinet industry and possess the ability to communicate effectively with our factories in South Asia and our sales team in the United States. This role offers flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire supply chain process for our high-end cabinets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.

• Communicate and coordinate with factories in South Asia to manage production schedules, quality control, and shipment logistics.

• Work closely with the sales team in the US to understand customer requirements, forecast demand, and ensure inventory levels meet market needs.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.

• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the supply chain process promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the cabinet or related industry.

• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Flexible working hours to accommodate communication with different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with factories in South Asia.

• Familiarity with international trade regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
