Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is eager to dive deep into various marketing strategies and execute them to drive lead acquisition. You will work closely with the CEO, focusing on rapid growth and scaling our client base through proactive outreach and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
  • Manage and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead tracking and management.
  • Conduct both cold and warm email outreach campaigns to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and our blog to enhance brand visibility and attract leads.
  • Possibly initiate and manage a company podcast aimed at expanding our reach and engaging with a broader audience.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
  • Report on campaign performance and lead generation activities directly to the CEO.
  • Be ready to wear multiple hats and handle a variety of marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for growth.
