We are currently seeking a full-time Business Analyst to join our team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This is a hybrid role, allowing for some remote work. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, identifying business needs, and translating them into functional requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, gather and document business requirements, and analyze existing business processes. You will also participate in system testing and user acceptance testing, ensuring successful implementation and user satisfaction. Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data
• Experience in business analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of business processes and best practices
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and system testing
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software
• Experience in the IT industry or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
