As a Crew Leader for Hello Garage of Metro Detroit you will help redefine the garage renovation industry by safely installing high quality garage flooring, organization, and accessories and providing customers with a remarkable experience . You'll also be impacting homeowner's lives by providing them with their dream garage.

As a Crew Leader , you will spend your days:

• Managing and leading the crew.
• Working with the General Manager on scheduling projects.
• Managing tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure your team's success.
• Transforming customer garages with correct, efficient, and safe installation.
• Communicating with each customer throughout the installation.
• Creating a remarkable experience for each customer.

The Education and Experience we require:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; and
• 1 years of experience in the construction trades; or
• A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
• Plus, a valid driver's license and a safe driving record preferred.
