EPS Security is seeking a talented individual to join our Customer Care Department.
EPS Security is Michigans largest family-owned home and business security provider. Founded in Grand Rapids in 1955, our business has expanded to include 4 satellite offices, more than 200 hard-working employees, and nearly 30,000 satisfied customers. Weve doubled in size in the last decade, and with such explosive growth comes the need for more excellent staff members to join our team.
**The Job**
As the newest representative of our Customer Care team, you will:
Respond to customer inquiries.
Work with other departments to satisfactorily resolve customer problems and concerns.
Generate sales leads, and quote and process appropriate paperwork for small add-on work.
Meet sales target and call handling metrics.
Assist with various duties, such as collections calls, covering reception and sales spreadsheets.
