You will …
- Ideate and lead affiliate/partner projects that inspire our partners to collaborate with our brands.
- Serve as a central hub supporting the Partnerships team to lead initiatives such data consolidation, performance monitoring, sales operations…
- Proactively identify and resolve operational inefficiencies through process improvements and enabling tech/tooling
- Explore and test incrementality/elasticity models to optimize partnership performance, identify opportunities and shape strategy
- Establish robust program management frameworks, incentives, gamification and engaging initiatives to attract partners
- Help other partnerships teams (affiliate, influencer, direct sales…)prioritize and drive high-impact initiatives
- Create and manage content and best practices repository to inspire our partners
- Manage CRM, sales ops workflows and commission models tailored to our performance-based affiliate/partner channels
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, facilitate communication across teams for smooth execution
- Analyze comprehensive partnership data, generate insights and present recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a small team supporting partnership program management and operations
- Data-driven, strategic and results-oriented professional
- Passionate about creating best-in-class partnership programs and operational excellence
- Able to operate autonomously with strong intellectual curiosity, enjoy removing obstacles
- Positive, proactive self-starter able to roll up sleeves and get things done
- Naturally consultative, able to build trust and rapport with internal/external partners
- Flexible, able to prioritize and pivot in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Passionate about our mission of providing quality, sustainable food
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field
- 7 years experience in performance marketing, affiliate program management, operations or related roles
- Expert in affiliate/partnership program creation, management and scaling
- Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in analysis, reporting, visualization tools
- Experience managing CRM systems, sales operations and commission tracking workflows
- Exceptional project/program management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication abilities and talent for building partnerships
- Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments managing multiple initiatives
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage a small team
- Prior experience managing and developing team members
