You will…
- Develop the next-generation suite of internal tools for the Field Learning team to empower stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding labor scheduling, course assignments and department insights.
- Extract and analyze data to uncover data-driven insights using tools such as Google Sheets, Monday.com, Tableau, Snowflake, Jira, and Grafana.
- Partner closely with analysts, engineers, and planners to design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable data pipelines, essential for our business-critical data ingestion, processing, and analysis needs.
- Implement BI tools and develop reports using Python knowledge.
- Standardize data-driven insights and advanced analytics solutions using tools such as Tableau, SQL, and the Google Office suite.
- Provide weekly reports to the Field Learning Team and Senior Leadership, delivering consistent analysis and actionable items to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Expert Educator: You're deeply passionate about teaching others how to utilize crafted reports and data solutions, ensuring they grasp the intricacies of technology use.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data science, analysis, or engineering in Fulfillment, Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or a related field working with physical goods.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, JSON, C .
- Experience working with a wide range of software tools and platforms, including Google Suite, Tableau, Excel, Monday, Grafana, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to support launches and validate processes for content development.
- Ability to communicate and express ideas and thoughts clearly, with tact and diplomacy
