HelloFresh's newly acquired "Ready-to-Eat" brand "Factor", is looking for a Operations New Product Introductions (NPI) Manager to engage with marketing, product development and sourcing to roadmap and project plan the implementations of new physical product changes. This new role will ensure that product improvements, cost savings initiatives, and operations changes take effect sustainably and without disruption to the customer. This role will collaborate with the operations support functions like planning, production, quality, facilities, shipping/receiving, logistics, procurement, and other cross functional teams to ensure comprehensive project plans are executed effectively.

Job Description:

You will ...

• Work alongside the leaders of operations and other operations team in developing, implementing and executing new product introductions.
• Develop relationships with internal customers like marketing, product development, and sourcing to understand and document the full portfolio of changes that impact operations.
• Create a robust process for completing all future commercializations
• Develop deep working knowledge of site level operations to capture all implications of any new implementations
• Act as point of contact for production/operations for new product launches
• Coordinate testing, training and deployment for all new associated processes

You are...

• Experienced lean and continuous improvement
• Project Management Certified (PMP)
• Flexible and reliable in covering scheduled shifts that support 24/7 production operations
• Excellent with your communication skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Self-directed and motivated for finding the most important problems to solve in the plants

At a minimum, you have...

• Engineering or supply chain degree required
• Project Management certification required
• Lean/Six Sigma certifications and experience preferred

• 5 years of experience in multi-site industrial production, distribution, manufacturing, or processing environments
• Proficiency in project management tools, google suite, and Excel/GoogleSheets
• You have excellent verbal and written communication abilities (with technical and non-technical people)
