Job Title: CNO Analyst/Programmer

Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Job Summary:

Helm Point Solutions is actively seeking a talented CNO (Computer Network Operations) Analyst/Programmer to join our team. The selected candidate will possess a strong background in computer science and cybersecurity, and will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions to support our customers' mission-critical operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions for computer network operations.
• Analyze existing code to identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct research on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Integrate software solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless operation and compatibility.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs, processes, and procedures.
• Work closely with other engineering teams, researchers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of software solutions, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in computer network operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of computer network operations, cybersecurity principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C , and Python.
• Experience with reverse engineering, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, OSCP).
• Experience with exploit development and mitigation techniques.
• Knowledge of advanced persistent threats (APTs) and techniques used by threat actors.
• Experience working in a highly regulated or secure environment.
