Job Title: System Integration Engineer

Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Job Summary:

Helm Point Solutions is actively seeking a talented System Integration Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will possess a strong background in system integration and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated systems to support our customers' mission needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain integrated systems, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integrated systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage configuration and version control of integrated systems, ensuring consistency and compliance with established standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Work closely with other engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure all integrated systems meet security and compliance standards, conducting regular assessments and updates as needed.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in system integration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of system integration methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in system configuration, version control, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL).
• Experience with various integration tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Experience working in a highly regulated or secure environment.
