The Print Services Manager is responsible for the management of Helm Print Services Department including corporate procurement of print and fulfillment. This position oversees daily operation of Print Services, including budgeting, employee assignment and direction, department policies and procedures, and department KPI’s/metrics. As well as oversees corporate print and fulfillment procurement, including approved supplier network of certified vendors, process and systems management, and supplier performance metrics and measurables. In this role you would be responsible for the management of the Direct to Garment and Direct to Film area, Bindery Area, and Digital Document Management Area.

Desired Experience:

• Digital printing and fulfillment for both books and variable high-volume and short run letters/recall.
• Extensive network of relationships and deep knowledge of print, bindery, and in mailing techniques and applications for supply chain outsourcing along with being USPS certified which provided rare in-house postal regulation expertise.
• On-demand garment printing.
• Ability to understand the workflow and develop process improvements.
• Knowledge of QuickBase and a complex understanding of equipment financing and budgeting of these operations.

Education/Experience:

BS/BA in Business or equivalent and 5 years of Print Management experience plus 5 years of Digital and Offset experience with variable print and mail experience. Digital Garment Decorating Experience – DTG/DTF/Dye-Sub/Screen Print/Embroidery
