Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in our community? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Peer Service Navigators in our “LEE Position”.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work up to 40 hours a week providing direct support to previous justice-involved individuals. As a Peer Service Navigator, you will work collaboratively with clients, their families, employers, and other support staff to empower individuals towards independence and a better quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide transition services for current and previous justice-involved individuals and their families
- Assist in building independence skills and increasing quality of life
- Maintain records, provide instructional assistance, and facilitate communication with participants, staff, and other agencies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with justice-involved individuals preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
