Medical Alert Technical Representative

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM | plus Overtime as Necessary

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling installations & service appointments

• Patient data entry & Scanning records to our online systems

• Inventory management

• Travel Patient’s homes to deliver, set up/Install and demonstrate how to use various medical alert systems and Medication Dispensers throughout New Jersey

Qualifications:

• MUST have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to prioritize and balance workload

• Team player who takes initiative

• Must be able to multi-task with attention to detail

• Good communication skills must be respectful, patient, polite, & courteous while working with customers & staff

• Computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (primarily Word, Excel and Outlook)

Paid Time Off earned as follows:

SICK – accrue 40 hours per year

PERSONAL – (3) personal days given first year

VACATION – (1) week vacation first year, (2) weeks vacation second year

Company vehicle Provided for daily operations

Applicant Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from our Forked River office

Must be able to pass criminal background check
