Our BCBAs directly contribute to our mission by overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming to their patients. HHF provides a network of support through on-site BCBA clinical directors, CEU trainings, internal conferences, and opportunities to contribute to research in the ABA field.

This hybrid role will include three days on-site at the North Bethesda clinic and two days remote work each week.

Salary Plus Bonus: $85,000-$110,000

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise a meaningful care plan with personalized goals and programming to address the needs of each patient
• Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to RBTs
• Develop and monitor data collection
• Provide parent training
• Maintain a positive working relationship with patients families and respond to questions in a timely manner
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
• Communicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basis
• Provide a weekly update email or facilitate team meetings
• Uphold regular treatment integrity checks
• Adhere to the relevant CPT codes

Qualifications

? BCBA Certification issued by the BACB

? Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment

? Experience in the field of ABA (experience as an RBT will count for newly certified BCBAs)

? Confident verbal and strong written communication skills

? Must pass internal competency within 90 days of hire

? Ability to lift 50 pounds.

? Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
