```Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, and those in need of home care. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, seniors, or those in need of home care
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of lifting equipment if necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding if required
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Document observations and activities accurately and timely
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and experience working with seniors is a plus
- Familiarity with home care systems and procedures is beneficial
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely using proper body mechanics
- First aid certification is desirable

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
