Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide assistance to elderly and disabled individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving and be able to provide personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. The position is full-time and requires flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Document daily activities and report any changes in client's condition

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
