We are looking for compassionate, caring, dynamic staff that lives in the Byron area to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Working in day program setting, the Day Program Instructor will be responsible for providing services to adults with mild to severe developmental disabilities who require assistance and training in personal care, communication and socially appropriate behavior.'

DUTIES:

• Weekly lesson plan for your class
• Having activities designed for adults with developmental disabilities (No coloring sheets)
• Weekly outings
• Understanding how to report incidents
• Understanding how to communicate with your manager
• Understanding how to document daily in Therap
• Understanding how to updated the HRST daily
• Cleaning your classroom daily
• Presenting create ideas for your classroom weekly
