Description
We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Nanny.
A lovely woman in Durham is looking for a Part-Time Nanny for her six year old son four days per week. The candidate will be picking the child up from school Monday through Thursday at 2 : 30pm and caring for them in the family home until 5pm.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, energetic, and engaging.
- Schedule :
- Monday - Thursday
- 2 : 30pm - 5pm
- Long-Term
- $20 / hr gas reimbursement
- 1 child - 6 years old
Responsibilities
- RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Providing excellent childcare for a 6 year old child
- Driving the child home from school
- Engaging in fun and interactive activities in and around the family home
- Assisting with homework
- Following daily schedule / routine set by the family
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of paid, professional childcare experience (Experience with neurodivergence is a plus)
- Must be able to provide at least two professional childcare references, or references that collectively cover at least two years of professional childcare experience, whichever is greater
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Has valid driver’s license, own reliable transportation, and clean driving record
- Must be comfortable with a small dog in the home
Compensation Benefits
Compensation : Position pays $20 per hour plus gas reimbursement and the client is looking for 14 hours per week.
- Guaranteed weekly hours
- Mileage reimbursement : .65 cents per mile
