Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and part time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and part time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.

We’re currently looking for a Care Companion in Fort Collins, Colorado (80522).

A client in Fort Collins is looking for a friendly and active Care Companion to provide companionship and assistance with daily tasks. A care provider is needed 1 day per week for 4 hours at a time, with potential for additional care days and hours in the future. An experienced caregiver who can chat with the client about her favorite topics such as family histories and public service will be ideal.

• 1 day per week
• 4 hour shift

• Start date: ASAP
• End date: Potential for long-term care
• Rate: $20-24/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engaging companionship related to client’s interests
• Support with mobility and daily living tasks, as-needed
• Housekeeping and support with organization/home projects
• Going on walks and getting the client out and about within the community

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of paid, professional experience with adult/elder care
• Valid license and reliable vehicle clean driving record
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to become certified

Compensation: Position pays $20-24 per hour and the client is looking for 4 hours of care per week.
