Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Manager/Corporate Recruiter, you will lead the recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, manage the hiring process, and collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs. Your role is crucial in shaping the future of our workforce and ensuring we maintain a high standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring goals.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and hiring.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on effective recruiting practices.
  • Create and manage job postings, ensuring they accurately reflect the requirements and attract the right talent.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate job offers and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement improvements as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, experience with agency recruiting is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
