Job Description:

 As an Expo Line Staff member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining area. You will act as the pivotal point between our kitchen staff and serving team, guaranteeing that our guests' meals are prepared to perfection and delivered timely.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the flow of dishes from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Conduct final plate checks to confirm that presentations meet our high standards and that all orders are complete.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to address any immediate issues or special requests from guests.
• Keep the expo area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist in managing the ticket system to prioritize food orders according to server requests and kitchen capacity.
• Monitor food quality and temperature before plates are sent out to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Help manage the pace of the kitchen and the flow of dishes to minimize wait times.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
