Role:

• Will work with the Stock manager to identify the equipment that will be stored in stock and determine the minimum and maximum stocking levels.
• Will assist in audits and reporting all stock levels monthly.
• Will assist in the Site disposal process of old IT equipment.
• Updating, maintaining, and making available all inventory records.
• Help coordinator deliveries of IT hardware.
• Discussing IT requirements with End Users to provide advice and guidance in the provisioning of fit-for-purpose solutions to meet their business needs.
• Assist site lead and Stock Manager when necessary.
• Work closely but not limited to working Service techs to resolve hardware/software issues issues.
• Re-image PC, upgrade (including backing up data if required), etc.
• Migrate user to other PC (eg desktop to laptop).
• Help new user onto GID (configure profile, mail, mobile office, scripted applications.
• Addresses Health, Safety, and Security, Environment (HSSE) work area requirements and clearly documents all procedures and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Experience in Stockroom Management.
• ServiceNow application (SNOW).
• Strict adherence to site HSSE policy.
• Must have driver license and be able to commute to Scotford.
• Formular with IT hardware (technical background is a plus).
