Position Summary: The Account Executive position is responsible for sales of the Hara & Hemper products/brands inclusive of all cone-related products. This position requires a self-motivated professional with proven track record in sales. This position is responsible for meeting annual sales targets, sales initiatives and developing client relationships. In addition to being an excellent communicator, this position requires exceptional negotiation and leadership skills. This position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position requires exercising independent judgment to perform the responsibilities described herein. Responsibilities: 

• Set and manage sales goals and quotas;

• Assist in finding prospects and leads;

• Identify new sales opportunities;

• Build strong client relationships;

• Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell;

• Provide customer support when needed;

• Learn new product and services features and benefits;

• Provide professional after-sales support; and 

• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience; must have an understanding of marijuana smoking products and methods; 

• Highly self-motivated;

• Excellent customer relationship skills;

• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices; 

• Capacity to manage various projects and work on tight deadlines;

• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;

• Outstanding written and verbal skills;

• Open and collaborative style; must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged; and

• Energy and enthusiasm; candidates must find the work "fun" and enjoy being accountable and willing to hold others accountable.
