JOB SUMMARY To provide leadership in review and analysis of financial data related to the fiscal activities of the pharmacy department, specifically as it relates to revenue, expenses, reimbursement including compliance with all regulatory requirements and 340B program. Ensure charging and billing activities are accurate and in accordance with state and federal regulations and guidelines. Provide appropriate level of pharmaceutical care services to patients, while complying with all state and federal laws or rules governing the practice of pharmacy. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education BS in Pharmacy or PharmD Minimum Work Experience Finance or business administration experience Required Licenses/Certifications Active license as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of Texas Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Extensive training and/or experience in finance or business administration. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times. Designated Driver No OSHA Category 1
