Requirements
3 years of automotive repair or heavy-duty truck service experience
A/C certification (CFC-12/HFC-134a) OR ability to obtain one within one year of hire
Mechanical understanding of diesel engines and basic knowledge of work order labor time standards
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs and engine and transmission diagnostic software
High school diploma or equivalent
Communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, safely operate a variety of machinery and equipment, and perform required physical tasks
Adaptability, trustworthiness, willingness to take ownership, and a high drive to succeed
Preferred Qualifications
ASE and EVT certifications
10 years of automotive repair experience
OEM training
Mechanical knowledge or technical experience

You're our automotive repair master, and you tackle a variety of responsibilities to keep clients happy and their heavy-duty vehicles in great working condition! Attentively, you inspect vehicles, diagnose problems, and perform repairs and maintenance services on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. You keep safety at the forefront as you complete timely, accurate services. By collaborating with your fellow technicians and other teams, you guarantee quality and client satisfaction. You complete documentation, maintain relationships with external partners, and squash problems to ensure smooth and seamless workdays. You're an essential part of our success story!
