QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN - 12-VOLT SPECIALIST

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in the rated field (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills within a team environment
• Possession of personal tools
• A valid driver's license
• Knowledge of 12-24 volt DC and 120-240 volt AC electrical system components

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• OEM Training (preferred)
• Post-secondary vocational education (strongly preferred)
• ASE and EVT certifications (preferred)
• 10 years of automotive experience (preferred)

This electrical service team position maintains a steady schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with additional overtime opportunities offered.

As an Automotive Electrical Technician - 12-Volt Specialist, your day with energizing facility maintenance tasks. You engage with customers, prioritizing tasks seamlessly with our Shop Management System. Your role involves expertly installing emergency equipment, and ensuring strict compliance with safety standards. From developing efficient wiring routes to tackling troubleshooting challenges, every day presents new opportunities to excel. Conducting thorough vehicle inspections, disassembly, reassembly, and customer-ready prep are all part of your skill set. Your expertise is evident as you build intricate electrical systems and install cutting-edge emergency lighting and communication setups.
