Come join Recovery Health Solutions the sister company to Hennepin Home Health Care to support people in our community on the path to recovery. We will be celebrating 50 years of providing home health and mental health services to our community and are now providing recovery supports through our new substance use programming.
We are looking for Certified Peer Recovery Specialists with a passion and calling to help others. Positions can be part-time to full-time, with the option to work in both substance use and mental health programming for those who qualify. Work hours will be flexible and we will match you with clients that meet your scheduling preferences.
As a Certified Peer Recovery Specialists, you will:
Meet with clients in their homes or the community for up to 2 hours per day, as needed
Help clients connect with recovery resources
Mentor clients using your personal experiences
Provide supports and guidance
Be respectful and judgement free
Qualified Candidates must have:
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Active MN certification as Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
Ability to properly document client visits
Complete DHS Background Study
Ability to travel
Optional benefits available based on part-time or full-time status.
