Your Role

Job Summary

This role will support our employees and management team, assisting in building and supporting systems and processes to become an Employer of Choice at our manufacturing site in New Hudson, MI. The role involves ensuring the accurate utilization and functionality of business systems, facilitating onboarding, supporting training and development within the organization's learning management system, and other corporate and site projects as assigned. We are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Ukrainian with a willingness to learn and develop, and a focus on enhancing the overall employee experience.

Essential Duties

• Collect, manage, and update employee data.
• Generate and analyse system reports monthly for key performance metrics.
• Conduct quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in building and maintaining a robust new employee orientation and onboarding process.
• Ensure new employees and transfers receive timely and comprehensive corporate compliance training.
• Facilitate the assimilation of new hires into the organization's vision, expectations, and culture.
• Support the development of employees through proactive approaches to building a learning organization.
• Support the Training and Development Specialist to develop and assign training plans.
• Train and assist employees with business system entry and usage.
• Provide timely and accurate information to employees regarding benefits platform questions, open enrolment, and related training and communication.
• Assist with Atlas Copco integration and branding activities, including corporate culture, Business Code of Practice, compensation structure, global expat and immigration processes, and talent acquisition.
• Identify and implement department process improvements to enhance efficiencies and the employee experience.
• Participate in corporate and site projects as assigned to support continuous improvement.

To succeed, you will need

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Fluent in English and Ukrainian - Essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills effectively.
• Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment - desirable

Education or Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field - desirable but not required.
