Henry Buchanan P.A. is a professional, experienced defense law firm seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant for our team. Duties include assisting the Operations Manager, answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone answering system, taking messages, some scheduling, drafting legal documents, data input, preparing certified mailings, greeting and helping clients in a professional matter, scanning, occasional mail-runs and other tasks as assigned. Experience preferred, but not required. The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills, strong computer skills, and superior communication skills; able to follow instructions; high attention to detail; a team player; must be able to multitask; be a self-starter and resourceful. Candidate must also have strong writing, spelling, and grammar skills.
Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (preferred), Monday through Friday.
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience
