SUMMARY

The IT Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Her Justice’s computer systems and networks to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. This role involves working with various software environments, operating systems and computer hardware platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deploy and maintain Windows 10 and 11 based devices for internal clients in an Azure/Entra environment.
• Develop a strong understanding of team needs and working processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for client technical issues, coordinating and resolving Tier 1 and 2 incidents.
• Work with IT Manager to resolve Tier 3 issues, advancing knowledge and capabilities.
• Independently develop and complete documentation for recurring issues, common processes, and team processes; maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Support IT Manager and HR with user onboarding, offboarding, and trainings.
• Provide support and perform projects as assigned by IT and Operations Management.

SKILLSET AND QUALITIES

• Experience supporting and deploying Windows 10 and 11.
• Proficiency using and supporting Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong experience providing technical support for internal users for efficient resolution.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey technical concepts to staff with limited technical knowledge.
• An eye for detail and natural curiosity to improve client experience.
• Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Our physical office is open. Staff are given an option to work from home, from the office, or a combination of both, depending on their needs and job requirements. Finance & Operations department staff are asked to come into the office a minimum of two days a week, subject to change. All Her Justice staff are provided with a business laptop computer. This position is based in our New York City office and the hire must be able to commute to said location.

SALARY: The salary for this position is in the range of $57,515 to $66,143, depending on experience. Her Justice also offers excellent benefits, including 26 days of PTO, a 401k plan, commuter benefits, half-day summer Fridays, and employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision benefits
