Her Way Health & Hormones is currently seeking a patient care coordinator looking to grow and build a career at our new anti-aging, weight loss, med spa clinic in Carlsbad!

We are an experienced San Diego aesthetic wellness practice expanding into a deeper lens of integrative and regenerative medicine.

The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for providing an exceptional experience to patients by educating them about treatment options and answering any questions they may have. They will also work closely with the front desk team and providers to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. This is a sales driven position.

We provide patient care and treatment plans which include injectable dermal fillers, skincare, injectables, hormone therapy, and medical weight loss.

This job is on the cutting edge of aesthetic medicine and provides patient care and treatment plans which include injectable dermal fillers, skincare, injectable, and neurotoxin injections.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to think critically and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Our ideal candidate for the patient care coordinator position will have a dynamic, upbeat personality, and a committed work ethic with exceptional sales, social, and organizational skills.

Job Duties Include:

• Responsible for creating an unrivaled patient experience
• Consult one-on-one with patients to assess their needs and suggest treatment plans in collaboration with their provider
• Maintain an expert level of knowledge of all practice procedures and services
• Assist in performing all front desk duties such as booking appointments, scheduling subsequent follow up treatments, answering phone calls, answering patient questions, booking patients, handling payments, and any and all other duties as needed to help run the office
• Assist in social media marketing

Qualifications:

• 1 Year plastic surgeon, Med Spa or relevant work experience preferred
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• A passion for wellness with a positive, friendly personality

Job Type: Part / Full time

Salary: $ 21-25/ hour plus commission
