We are looking for reliable and skilled individuals to join our Service Team in the Orangeburg, Sumter, Manning area. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

- Accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain Ricoh/Savin, Kyocera, HP, Brother and Quadient imaging and mailing equipment including printers, scanners, copiers, and postage machines
- Manage and Maintain accurate parts inventory
- Prioritize and close service calls in timely manner
- Assist with equipment installations
- Stay current with new technology through on the job training , web based training, and off-site manufacturer training classes

Related Experience & Qualifications
- Herald expects a superior work ethic and attention to detail with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Prior experience in the copier service industry required
- Ability to organize and prioritize assignments while ensuring all assignments are completed on time
- Creative problem solving and researching skills
- Electronic & mechanical experience/aptitude
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of networking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
