Job Responsibilities Include: Consistently smiles and greets members/guest at all times.Ensures efficient operation of the front desk during his/her shift.Responsible for effectively handling guest complaints and problems.

Must be able to try and turn a negative into a positive.Consistently displays a positive attitude as first and last point of contact for customer.Ensures that all prescribed accounting policies are followed, front desk accounts are in balance daily and credit procedures are followed.Detail oriented, to follow through on all requests and follow up for completion.Knowing salon services and prices.Follow all company personnel and operating policies.Maintaining sanitation in the salon.Maintains positive communication with all the technicians.Other duties as assigned by the spa Manager.Our goal is to exceed expectations and create positive memories for all customers.

Education, Experience, and Skills required: 1-2 years of front desk experience preferredComputer software skills, ability to type while on the phone, willingness to learnAble to prioritize, handle multiple tasks.

Must be flexible with hours; weekends and holidays are a must.

Required education: High school or equivalent Engaging and greeting customersHelping customers check in to the salon.
