About the Company : Herber Aircraft Service, a manufacturer and Distributor of Commercial and Military Aircraft components located in El Segundo, CA has an opening for a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant.

About the Role : This position will support the front desk duties and responsibilities within the Inside Sales Department.

Responsibilities :

• Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.
• Greets visitors and directs them to appropriate personnel.
• Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of the establishment by performing duties as instructed.
• Supports any Sales and Marketing activities as directed by the Inside Sales Manager and / or Director of Sales.
• Manages Companies social media pages and posts on the company's behalf.

Qualifications : Must have a high school diploma and 1-3 years of experience using a multi-line phone system. Strong knowledge of Word Excel, and the Internet.
