Short Description

An industry leader in the Bonita Springs, FL Herc Rentals is seeking a Business Services Analyst. The position is responsible for assisting in the strategic management of Business Services strategies, sourcing activities and ensuring the corporate programs are communicated and monitored to meet company objectives. Categories include, but are not limited to Card Programs, Assigned Vehicles and Travel & Events.

This position requires significant ‘customer first’ mindset, strong organizational ability, keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. In addition, the role requires high-levels of adaptability and maturity.

Responsibilities

Administrative support for all card programs (P-Card, T&E and Fuel)
Ability to negotiate contracts relating to meetings and events
Monitoring/Managing category spend through report technology
Supplier Management and continuous evaluation / assessment of supplier performance, ensuring consistency of service, quality, and compliance to contracts and established service level agreements.
Assist in benchmarking of internal and external costs against industry and competitive standards
Ability to think strategically; excellent project management, facilitation and interpersonal and negotiation skills are required.
Ability to build strategic supplier relationships, lead project teams and work effectively in a complex business environment. Anticipates and identifies internal customer needs and recommends solutions to complex situations.

Professional Experience

Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Experience with Travel/Expense programs like Concur or similar platforms

Experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is preferred

Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations

Attention to detail and excellent problem solving and analytical skills
