Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and employee training
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in inventory management and control
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math principles
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
