What You Will Do:

• Plan, schedule, and host engaging live streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase our products and interact with viewers in real-time.
• Create compelling content and promotional strategies to attract and retain audience engagement during live broadcasts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content creation teams to develop and execute TikTok LIVE campaigns aligned with brand objectives and promotions.
• Monitor viewer comments and questions during live streams, engaging with audience members, addressing inquiries, and fostering a positive and interactive community.
• Analyze performance metrics and viewer feedback to optimize live stream content, scheduling, and engagement strategies for maximum impact.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness and relevance of our live streaming efforts.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to guest host or collaborate on TikTok LIVE events to expand our reach and audience engagement.

What We Require:

• Previous experience in live streaming, social media management, or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the TikTok platform and its audience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate viewers in a live setting.
• Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute innovative content ideas and promotional strategies tailored to TikTok's format and audience preferences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to plan and execute multiple live streaming events and campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and audience feedback, adjusting content and strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, content creation, and influencer teams to achieve shared goals.

Job Details:

• Part-time position.
• Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour Commission.
• Schedule: 4-hour shifts.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Irvine, CA 92606.
