***HIRING IMMEDIATELY***
$18-$19 per hour - no tipping
Part-time hours, 3-8:30 pm Monday thru Friday with no early mornings or late nights; may include weekends; scheduled as needed for brunch on Sundays and holidays

Fireside Grille is a contemporary restaurant offering wood-fired cuisine, American classics and comfort dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Southern Oak is an authentic steakhouse where exquisite taste and an elegant atmosphere provide guests with a treasured experience for dinner Mondays through Fridays only. We offer bar services in Fireside Grille, Steeplechase Lounge, and for special events.

Job Responsibilities
- Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and guests by taking orders and provides service both graciously and courteously
- Pours wine tableside in our both restaurants as scheduled
- Mixes and creates cocktails
- Maintains the safety and cleanliness of bar area
- Prepares bar and clears tableware
- Assists supervisor with stocking, restocking, inventory and rotating bar supplies
- Maintains accurate accounts for resident and guest charges
Qualifications
· TABC card required
· Previous bartending experience required
